| It is was it is: basic suite, fine for all normal purposes. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to get me a muffin one morning when I missed breakfast. The cleaning staff was not as efficient and missed several wastebaskets and dirty towels. My big complaint was the bed: very cheap, uncomfortable mattress, and why do they use flat sheets instead of fitted? They kept pulling off all night every time I moved. All in all, perfectly fine, not stellar.

| My family and I just returned from a trip to Louisville where I grew up. We were very happy w/ this hotel. The service was great, whatever we asked for, like a extra blanket, ect. it was delivered right away. The pool was clean and well taken care of, the hotel and room was clean. The rooms were big w/ a sitting area w/ a couch, desk, refrig, microwave,and dishes. Breakfasts were great and included w/ room.

| I was impressed upon driving up to the hotel, the lobby was lovely, then you enter the elevator, which was dirty and damaged, the 4th floor common corridor carpet was dirty, the room's dressing area sink backsplash was delaminating, the exhaust fan didn't work and there were holes in one of the bedspreads.

| Amerisuites had a very nice looking hotel. The set up of the rooms gave you the at home feel as opposed to the crampness of a hotel room. The staff was very generous & polite. The morning breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in a hotel that was free. Everything was fresh and the varity was overwhelming. Looking forward to my next trip to Louisville, KY.

| We went to Louisville for the Kentucky Derby. We were greeted in our hotel room with a framed 8x10 print of the Derby's 2005 Poster, as well as chocolates, and a nice note welcoming us to Derby Weekend. It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very comfortable, large room with large windown. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. It was easy to find, located in great spot near shops, restuarants, highways, etc. Two malls right around the corner in case you are interested to shop, and downtown Lousiville was less than 15 minutes on the highway. We Definately Recommend this Amerisuites!

| Hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and included waffles, sausage, and eggs. Wireless internet service good. Great location. For the money, you will not beat it.
