| The hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. You can walk to Pacific Place from this hotel in 6-8 minutes. Good value for money in a city with high hotel rates.

| This was probably a very nice hotel at one point but as of March 2005, the rooms are shabby. There were noticeable stains on the chair and carpet, and the wallpaper was torn and marked up all over. The door jamb in the bathroom was rotting away at the base and the paint peeling. The room furniture was worn with an 80's look to it and cigarette smoke from other rooms backed up through the exhaust vent in the bathroom. Housekeeping does a good job in spite of the room condition and the linens and towels were new, making it bearable. The common areas such as the restaurant and lobby are all in great condition so it would be nice if the rooms were at the same level.

| The room has the strange smell to coverup smoke which is pretty bad. But for the location and cost compare to other hotel, I think the hotel is ok.

| This hotel locates in the very convenient area. It's near the station. And there are so meny restaurants. About the hotel staff they were well trained and kind. The response to the claim was rapid. But the hotel facility was rather shabby.(They said now it's on remodeling.) When we visited, the unusual cold monoon had been coming. So in the room was so cold because of the lack of heater. We had to ask them to bring us more blankets every night.
