| A little run down - and the carpet was quite dirty. Very little storage (No chest of drawers). The proximity to attractions is not really necessary - as LA/ BH is pretty spread out - and you need to drive everywhere in any case. Also, street parking is plentiful in West Hollywood/ Bev. Hills so the proximity is of little issue.

| This hotel is in the best location for moving around and seeing the sites of LA. Located on a busy side street in between the Sunset Strip and Santa Monica Blvd and close to Beverly Hills. The staff is excellent and helpful. Rooms in good condition although there was a breakdown in communication in getting a running toilet fixed and the screen door to the balcony was off the track. Loved the remote controlled A/C which allowed the temperature to be regulated from bed. Overall a nice place that I would stay at again.

| The hotel is old and the rooms romantic. The room smelled a bit but the worst part was that there was hair in the towels every night we were there.

| The rate was lowest on expedia. Should be rated at most 2 stars. Towels for 2 instead of 3 people. No coffee machine in room, although the bar stocked coffee. Had to ask for a bottle opener. No one restocked the mini-bar, but the prices were very fair. Very noisy street, had to close the sliding door. BUT, it is a convenient location if you are visiting in the neighborhood and want to walk to the strip or Santa Monica Blvd. restaurants or whatever. Parking is expensive ($18/day) and should have been included in room price. Pool is tiny (no lap swimming here), but hot tub was hot. Breakfast buffet for $10 was quite good, but the coffee was terrible.

| This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just between Sunset and Santa Monica in West Hollywood. For walking the bars on Santa Monica it was absolutely perfect. You're about 5 minute walk from Sunset attractions like the Whiskey, Viper Room, and HOB... the cab ride to Hollywood Walk of Fame, etc was less than 10$. Our suite was great, plenty of room and amenities. Will go back soon.

| It was a business trip for me and a leisure trip for my wife. It is a very quite place. We have stayed at the Demi Suite which is very confortable. The cleanliness of the room was perfet during the first half of the week. During the last half of the week, it can be considered that there was no cleanliness service. Except from this fact we were very satisfied with the hotel. Observation: It is placed in West Hollywood that is a gay center of Los Angeles.

| What a great location. This hotel is one of LA's best kept secrets. Totally enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was remarkable and it has it's own underground gated parking. We felt safe and very welcomed. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully longer.

| I liked the amount of room, the quiet... never made it to the pool, but the exercise room was nice. Convenient to Sunset. I actually walked for dinner. Recommended.
