| This hotel is very old and need of repair. They did provide a hot breakfast(not great) to make up for the condition of the hotel. It's greatest feature-it is within walking distance of a casino.

| This hotel should not even be on a list to pick from. It is dirty it is maintained very poorly. The front desk person was very nice that is all that you can expect from this hotel. While waiting to be checked in you had visitors already complaining about the hotel.

| The hotel was not clean. When we pulled up to park the door on the room below us had a busted door knob and lock off like someone tried to break in. Our toilet never did work properly - we had to call maintenance each day even for the short time we were in the room. No trash cans in room. Forgot to bring towels and when we called housekeeping was all gone. Breakfast was not good and the cleanliness of the dining area left a lot to be desired. There were not even trash bins outside to throw trash in.

| This hotel is the worst place I have ever stayed. There were dirty washcloths left hanging on the tub, the toilet would not flush, the iron did not work and poured water all over the clothes I was trying to iron. The sink would not drain, and the chairs were disgustingly dirty. There is also a train track that runs right next to the hotel and blew the horn at 4:00 am.

| Never been to shreveport and found the casino rooms booked online so we went with this place. Got there and the line to get in was very long and slow. I knew I was in trouble when numerous guests kept coming back to the front desk complaing that the key card would not open the door. Finally got to the room and my keycard would not work either. After an hour of trying to get in and having the room key reprogrammed twice I was given another room. The room was very old and very smelly. The area around the motel did not look safe at all. After trying to get the TV to work we called another hotel and got a room. Avoid this place, too old and too many problems. I must say that the staff tried very hard to make things right. However, they just couldn't fix a broken down motel.

| The killer was the tv didnt even have a remote. I asked for a non-smoking room and didnt get it. The front desk clerk for the grave yard shift was rude and very unfriendly. Dont waste your money or your time.

| Keyless entry system a dismal failure. Requires special sequence of door handle turns to open the door, a serious personal security issue particularly in the evening when only one lobby entrance is unlocked. Housekeeping blocked the exit from my room, refused to move their housekeeping cart so I could remove my suitcases.

| Typical cheap motel. It's definitely not Hollywood but it is very close to Hollywood and other casinos. Good if you aren't too picky or if you are just cheap.
