| The hotel's location couldn't be better... within a few minutes' walk of the Louvre. However, we were shocked at how small the room was - it couldn't have been bigger than 10'x10'. And, the shower was so small that it was difficult to manuver within it. On cleanliness, the hotel gets high remarks. The staff was indifferent, at best, and generally not helpful or friendly. If you're looking for a great location at a reasonable cost, don't hesitate to stay here. If you plan to spend much time in the room, or if you are slightly above average size, we would recommend against it.

| This is a hotel for people that only need a clean room to sleep. It is extremely well located, near Louvre, Metro station, and places to eat. They have WIFI in certain rooms. The room is small but clean, no luxuries. The shower maybe too small for larger people and some will find the the bed kind of hard. But the next time I go to Paris I definately stay in this hotel mostly for the location.

| We have just arrived back from a European Vacation. We stayed at the Tim Hotel, location was brillant to everything. Walking distance to most attractions. If you dont want to walk the Metro would be no more than 200 metres away. Bearing in mind this is classified as a 2 star Hotel, the facilities are better than some of the 3 stars we stayed in during our travels. Reception staff were excellent and could not help you enough. Louise's restaurant just up the road is brilliant, or you just have to walk 300 metres and you have an errae of Restaurants to choose from. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to be close to all attractions. We would definately return.

| The TimHotel de Louvre is in a great location. Step out the door, look left and there is the Louvre! Many other locations are easily accessible from the hotel--the Seine, Rue di Rivoli, Lafayette Galleries, Musee D'Orsay--we even walked to the Picasso Museum. The hotel staff was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful with info and maps, and they all spoke English. Housekeeping was pleasant and always responded to our 'Bonjour!'. Breakfast was wonderful for the price-10 euro. The room itself was tiny--barely get around the bed tiny. I understand that European hotel rooms are small, but with my partner and I in the room, it was crowded. The room was very basic, with a cute window that opened to the courtyard. The bathroom had a small shower with great water pressure, but I couldn't raise my arms without hitting the sides. There was a small wardrobe and desk/chair in the room, but hard to utilize because the close proximity of the bed. I took to storing things under the bed so they weren't in the way. The bed itself was hard, the sheets and blankets clean and comfortable. The room had an extra blanket and pillow in the wardrobe. There was A/C in the room that worked well. There is no hairdryer. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator. My most pleasant experience staying there was next door, to the right of the hotel when you step out, a cafe called "Louise". Great food and wine at wonderful prices and the atmosphere cannot be beat.

| As with most of the other travelers who chose this hotel, we also chose it based on price and location. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the entrance to the Louvre, and the metro line closest to the hotel pretty much assures that wherever you're going, you'll have to change trains once or less. Easily within walking distance to a number of restaurants and sites. The staff was very friendly (considering you're in Paris!) and the room was pretty much as advertised with limited amenities. You get a pretty small room with your own shower, television (with integrated alarm clock!), and an incredibly effective "hotpot" to make coffee and tea. Beware if you're overweight though, as the shower stall was pretty tight for us, and we're about average. The only real complaint we had was with the street noise. We were on the street side of the 4th floor (out of 5) and noise was a bit loud, especially on the weekends.

| Timhotel is in a great location- right near the Lourve, right near the metro and close to great restaurants and bars! The hotel room was small, but did the job. The bathroom was tiny and reminded me of a cruise cabin bathroom. Again, it did the job. I would def recommend this hotel to those looking for a cheap place to stay within the city.
