| This is a very nice hotel that is worth the extra cost. It has alot of restaurants nearby and is is a good area. The room was clean, comfortable and large. I loved the pool and hot tub.

| My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend at this hotel which we assume is probably busy with conferences and business travelers during the week. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and the pool/jacuzzi area, while not glamorous, was enjoyable. We'll stay at this hotel if we return to the area.

| Most of the stay was nice, there were just a couple of little irritations. The towels in the pool area were hardly ever refilled, the hot water would come and go, the power went out so one morning there was no water pressure to take a shower, the coffee maker stopped working. On the up side, all of the hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and on top of things.

| The room was nice and confortable. The contol box to the games was not working properly, charging twice for one game. It was not refunded. The motel restaurant was very convenient, there was some confusion on the continental breakfast, some guests had it free of charge while others had to pay. Overall the customer service was good.

| Highly recommend, this was a great place to stay. The "standard" room is a good size, including a couch and nice desk, and patio. Good location as well, lots of restaurants nearby and Akron city is close, Cleveland only 15 minutes away as well.
