| Service at front desk was excellent. Limited items at Continental breakfast, but it hit the spot!

| Even though there are only two floors at this hotel, we had a lot of heavy luggage that we had to carry ourselves up two flights of stairs. The guy at the front desk just looked at us like we were crazy when we asked where the elevator was located,"No elevator, just stairs." I am not quite sure how they get away with this for those who cannot use stairs. We asked for a first floor room and was told that there were none. Not impressed which is a sad statement because we usually are very pleased with Hampton Inn's.
