The hotel is a little old and could diffently be updated. With saying that we loved the water park, and our view of the beach. We really were only in the hotel to sleep, so it was fine for us.

This was our 2nd trip to this hotel. We had a great room with an awesome view the 1st time; however, the 2nd time was a huge disappointment. The kitchen area was not accomdating at all and it needed repairs and upgraded appliances. Other than the room, the rest of our stay was great. The waterpark was great for the kids as was the kids' club. We will go back to this hotel again, but will be sure to ask for a remodeled room with a larger kitchen. Do not ask for the junior suite.

I arrived at midnight after a 7 hour drive and the desk girl was not very customer friendly. I did not ask for the villas but that's what I got. The hallways were dirty and my room was not spotless, but I liked the balcony a lot. There were no sheets on the sofa bed. The next day the cleaning staff did not get to my room until 6:00pm. In spite of all this, i enjoyed my stay. The restaurant staff was awesome! Very reasonable cost for breakfast for 4. My kids absolutely LOVED the water park and I am going back this labor day weekend (our visit was too short).

We were seriously disappointed in the quality of the hotel. The rooms were filthy! Many of the appliances had rust on them. We found a cockroach in our room the first night. To get to the beach you have to walk past several dumpsters and the smell was disqusting. The staff were freindly but didn't do anything above and beyond. We had to aask for our windows to be cleaned as they were covered in hand and fingerprints. You couldn't even see out the windows, they were so dirty. We figured they'd clean it on the first day but didn't until we asked. Lights wouldn't turn on and the bathtub had footprints all over it.

The staff were all so very nice and helpful toward us. Our housekeeper was the best, she was very polite and very good with our children as well as keeping our room spotless. The resort pool was well maintained and a lot of fun. The waterpark was a little too busy for us although we did enjoy our stay.

We were very disappointed, we are usually easy to please. We had requested an oceanfront room with balcony and our room was actually a sideview with no view because of trees. The room just didn't seem clean, we felt very uncomfortable. The pool water was brown and was even closed one day. I would recommend not staying here.

We took 2 of our grandkids for their birthday. We booked what we thought was a suite. It turned our to be a "CONDO" that was owned by others and rented by the hotel. There was mold in the kitchen and bedroom, the refrigerator was rusty as was the stove. The shower/tub was stained with something. The "suite" was non smoking but smokers used the balcony butts left and no one cleaned it. The reason we booked this particular location was the water park and on the beach for the kids. We would not do it again.
