| The rooms were very quiet. The pool was small, but it was a nice place to get away from the heat. The staff were nice and friendly and helpful.

| Could work on cleanliness. Occured multiple charges and credits on credit card for unknown charges. Staff more interested in basketball game than customer service. Drains in tub and sink very slow. Had to wait for water to drain to continue bathing. Could be a nice place to stay.

| Wow! I was so impressed with this room! I've stayed at the Four star/diamond hotels in two countries and this was very close to both of those stays. Clean, comfortable beds and linens. Lots of towels and all the toiletries you'll need for over night. The television channels were plenty and there was even an ironing board and little stool to put your luggage on. The hair dryer was nice to have as well. You just can't beat the price! I'm actually concerned that too many people will like this hotel and I won't be able to book another date due to it's popularity. Front desk staff was young, but friendly.

| This hotel does not have an elevator but it's small, so taking the stairs was not too bad. Continental breakfast every morning was great. The hotel is next to a mall and there are plenty of places to eat.

| I stayed in this hotel with my young boys while visiting relatives in town. The hotel was well kept, not noisy, nor did I feel my children were intruding on others because we were put in a ground floor room near the pool. We couldn't hear our neighbors and they couldn't hear us. Breakfast was fine. Staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel practically shares the parking lot with the mall. Reasonable restaurants nearby. The pool was a nice treat for early spring in WA State. Pool towels were frequently replenished. We'll stay there for our next family visit. The price for a room with breakfast and indoor pool couldn't be beat.

| Check in was so quick and easy, the desk man was very nice and polite. It has great hot water for a full shower. beds were wonder, I actualy slep which I dont do in a strange place. we only had one problem, in that our room key wouldnt work the second day, and that was taken care of very fast. all the staff was nice and quite.

| Hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpfull. We were suprised at how quiet the hotel was, as it was just off the main interstate. A straight shot to the Portland Or. Airport, only 10 miles (Wow!). Price was the cheapest we found on the internet!
