| A simple hotel to stay out if your not willing to spend a lot. The rooms are clean, but older. The hotel is in a good central location to catch the freeway. A continental breakfast would have been nice, unless i missed it.

| Our room was large and the beds were perfect. The pool and spa area was landscaped so it doubled as a vacation destination. The breakfast buffet was a delicious bargain. I do not know if I will be back in that area again but i would gladly return to the Sheraton Sunnyvale.

| The hotel itself is fine for business stay, and the restaurant was great, but my room was dirty, which really put me off. They should get new cleaning staff, then maybe this hotel would be 3.5 stars.

| The hotel was excellent with the exception of our first night. We checked in very late and upon arrival, the hotel was sold out. The hotel sent us to another nearby hotel. Sheraton paid for the hotel and gave us additional monies for our discomfort. Other than that the staff was really courteous. The atmosphere was great and the gardens were magnificent.

| When booking our flight and hotel at the last minute, we were offered a discount and were trying to find something between the San Jose airport and our Aunt's house. Our aunt had passed away and we had to fly out at the last minute. So it wasn't really business or pleasure - but the hotel was clean, good food and had a comfortable bed. We didn't get to enjoy the pool or the exercise room - but it seemed to have anything that you would want. Clean is extremely important to me.

| We loved the location, since we traveled to Stanford, Oakland, San Francisco, and San Jose. Since we flew in/out of San Jose, the location was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were in excellent condition, the beds were great, and the pool area made for a relaxing morning. I'd DEFINITELY stay here again.

| We stayed at the hotel on 12-17 to 12-19-04. We really like the hotel except that there was magnified mirror for me to apply makeup. When we got home, we noticed a charge of $20 to our VISA from the hotel but we were not informed at all about the charges. I called and talked to the front desk, the clerk couldn't know the reason. I talked to accounting, and was informed that housekeeping was reporting a missing signature pillow from the room. We did not take any pillow; so I informed the hotel. The extra charge is supposed to be taken off from our VISA but this incident is very humiliating to my family. We spent some thought where would the pillow goes, and we remember that my husband put the pillow under the matress to sleep better since he has reflux problem but forget to take the pillow out before we checked out. If the staff cleaned the bed properly, the person should notice a pillow under the matress; specially when one pillow is missing.
