| Although not new, the condos were clean and comforable and have good ocean views. There was an odor due to the unit being closed up during the off season. It is great for families and the amenities were decent. It is on a quiet end of the beach but close enough to activities that you do not have to drive long distance to get to North or South Myrtle. I would stay there again. It is not for people who require many amenities but you do have use of the sister resorts fitness clubs and water parks. It was a great place for those of us who want a nice place to stay but have bedget to maintain.

| Very dilapidated (paint, wallpaper, carpet, caulking all really icky) Window screens falling out, sliding screen door torn and off track, shower door didn't work, not clean (dirty dishes in dishwasher!),workers showed up announced to put in a new dishwasherwasher - took all the dishes out and left them on the counter, I stayed in D102 and my neighbors were loud and obnoxious and partied with loud music until 2-3am. In mostly all respects, this was a crappy place to stay and I hated it.
