| Everyone was friendly and most helpful. It was one of the most pleasuable trips I have had this year and I will diffenetly use this hotel next year when I am here in Baltimore. Thank You

| The lady at the front desk was very nice, very efficient, and very helpful. The room was old looking, dingy, and did not have an overall clean appearance and feel. The beds were not even made properly. This should have been rated a 2 star, NOT a 3 star.

| My job made changes to my itinerary a day before I was to check in, by adding another person to my group. The Comfort Inn was helpful and assisted me in moving my room to accomidate. Couldn't be happier!
