| My sister, daughter and I stayed here for two nights, and were very pleased. The property is newly renovated, and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The location is quiet. My only complaint is full-sized beds rather than queens, but for the price in a resort area, it is hard to be critical! Will definitely use again.

| You get what you pay for, very nice location for visiting charleston and the outlying area. Staff were friendly and helpful although cleaning could have done a bit better of a job on our room. No problems and very quiet and comfortable night.

| Although it wasn't super fancy or anything this hotel was super clean, and nice. The beds were very comfortable, and our room was spotless. They were in the process of redoing what looked like all the rooms. Our room had already been redone. The new rooms are decorated in a cheerful modern type scheme. It felt like all the class of a more upscale hotel, but on a normal family budget. Check in and check out were the only times we actually talked to anyone from the hotel, but they were friendly and quick. And the location was very close to downtown. We will definately use this hotel again.

| The location of the hotel offered a quick and convenient trip to downtown Charleston without the hassel of a high traffic area and lots of congestion. The hotel has been newly redone and the rooms are very neat and appealing. The only disappointment I had with the hotel was the unheated and very cold pool.

| we found the room to be spacious, very clean, possibly recently renovated ... nice pictures on the walls, interestinf architecture and style ... the service people were quick to bring a surplus of extra towels, signing in was very simple ... everyone we spoke to that worked there were very very friendly and down to earth ... you get the feeling that the owner of the establishment REALLY wants to make a lasting impression and they did for us ...

| we always go for the cheap hotels and just hope for the best! this time, we were pleasantly surprised. our room, though very small, was newly renovated and attractively furnished. only disturbing element was the roach hanging out on the mouthpiece of the phone. i suspect all the critters were uprooted during the renovations. anyway, great location to downtown charleston. mount pleasant is also full of great restaurants and shops.
