| My family and I feel that our stay at this hotel was a great experience overall. The staff was very attentive to our needs and was always available for questions/suggestions when needed. The on-demand shuttle service to the Metro station and back was a big plus. We only had to wait more than 5-10 minutes once. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

| The included breakfast, featuring fresh Belgian waffles, made this a great deal for the price. The outdoor pool was nice, and the room was great with a frig and free wireless access. My only complaints were that the bed was not very firm, and the AC was barely able to keep the room cool.

| I found this hotel to be well above average, especially in customer service. We were made to feel special and welcome, the staff was helpful and knowledgable and made our stay very nice. The facilities were just fine as well. I would definitely stay there again on my way to DC.

| The staff is this hotel's greatest asset! They seem genuinely happy to help with any thing you may need. The king size bedroom was spacious and very clean (and cleaned well every day). I slept well every night of my stay. The breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful. You can even make your own waffles. The shuttle to the metro was great, too! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Washington, D.C.

| I stayed at this hotel with my family. Every single member of the staff we came in contact with was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had enough choices so that all of us had our fill. The only service that did not go as promised was the shuttle back from the metro station. It took between 15-30 minutes to be picked up after calling as opposed to the promised 5-7 minutes. If we go back to the area we will definitely consider staying again.

| Near subway station. Sometimes I walked to the subway. Kind hotel staff. Nearby various restaurants and a shop to buy some staff. Specially good for business trip.

| I was impressed with this hotel. It is about a thirty minute ride to the heart of DC by metro. The hotel is great about giving you a ride to the metro station. I'd have to say the quality of service and amenities surpass the hotels I have stayed in in downtown DC.

| The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great each morning and the shuttle to and from the metro was wonderful. The only complaint I had was the ice machine was broken on our floor and the air conditioning didn't work very well.

| very clean and well maintained. staff always ready to assist you. decent area with stores and restaurants nearby. can walk to metro(shuttle available certain hours). very satisfying breakfast buffet. outdoor pool was small and the hours were 1-9pm so we never had the chance to use it.
