| The sink nosel sprayed towards the backsplash in my room. In another room of someone that was staying. the shower control was not functioning properly. The breakfast is very good. Overall a great hotel.

| The bed and room were very comfortable, the shower head was strong and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Things they could improve on: No syrup for breakfast (waffles) and no sign or note to that effect (there is a convenience store a block away so it seemed that could have been rectified); towels lined the halls for quite awhile during maid service (most of the day it seemed) and the pool seemed small and difficult to get to although we never actually tried it. But a very nice facility and stay nonetheless.

| If you want a clean hotel with a complimentary breakfast and comfortable beds - then stay here. I highly recommend it and will stay here again the next time I'm in Kansas City.

| We enjoyed our stay. The beds were extrmely comfortable and the bathroom was really nice more like a 4 star than a 2 1/2 star. We will stay here again when we visit Kansas City. The best part...it is really close to shopping and Cheesecake Factory!

| Clean, efficiently-run, reasonably priced hotel. Well located in Overland Park, central to dining, shopping, highway, etc. Staff is helpful and personable. Beds and bathrooms, especially clean and comfortable. Unique massaging showerheads. Free high-speed internet access available in rooms and on computer in lobby. Bonus, adjacent to a Denny's and a Krispy Kreme! LOL

| Good location just off of I-435. Close to shopping, restaurants, other businesses etc. Needed to re-print customer presentation at the last minute and found a 24-hour Fedex Kinkos within about 2 miles. + Well-maintained property. + Courteous front desk staff (very fast check-in). + Free wireless internet throughout the hotel. + Standard (nothing special, but "ok") continental breakfast included in rate. + Good water pressure in shower - one of my personal "must have's". + Very clean room. + Priced better than most others in the same area. + Microwave and mini-fridge in room.

| I would prefer to use this chance to make the recommendation to the other people for the choice of this hotel, which can meet you the business and/or the private travel. The price is much more reasonable, and is also much more easy (including breakfast and high-speed internet access)
