| I just stayed at the Westin O'Hare over this past labor day weekend. The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room though. The carpet was stained in about 4 or 5 areas. The toilet seat was not clean. There was hair in the ice bucket. Other than that, everything was fine. I'd go back if I really needed to, but I expected more from the Westin.

| very nice hotel near the convention center and away from the crowds; affords a decent amount of privacy; great airy gym with a variety of equipment: treadmills; bikes; elliptical machines; free weights and weight-training machines. decent size and comfortable room; one block away from the CTA station for access to Chicago's downtown

| Bathroom was dingy, dark, and had stains on the ceiling. Pillows were flat and definitely needed replacing. Bathrobe was fairly worn. Swimming pool had somewhat murky water. The place looked worn, and needs refreshing. To top it off, at check out they didn't even bother to ask how the stay was. Don't expect the Westin experience, definitely don't pay the Westin price.

| The entrance of the hotel is very nice, the service at the front desk was very slow, long lines, and not very friendly. The small cafe was closed at 9:00 pm. Location is great if you have an early flight, but the shuttle was every 20 min. had to take a taxi, only 5 minutes to the airport. The beds are very comfortable. Could use a new rug, the room was rather small, but it was on the lower floor.

| This hotel is a pretty good place to stay. The rooms are very nice, and the beds were unusually comfortable - they helped both of us get a better night's sleep than is usual for a hotel. The restaurant is very pricey - we didn't even try it. The concierge did not speak good English, but when we asked him for a recommendation for some pizza to order out, he gave us a brochure for a place with really great pizza. There was a small refrigerator in the room, but it was packed full and if you try to take something out to put in a bottle of your own water, say, you are charged for the item removed. Staying at this hotel did leave me feeling that I was involved in a contest - they were trying to get every dollar they could out of me, and I was trying not to spend any extra. Overall, the good outweighed the bad.

| Stayed for business, typical decent Westin Hotel. Although it is very close to O'hare, I could not hear any airport noise. The option to self park is nice if you have to run in and out.

| I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The Heavenly Beds and Shower are very nice. I could tell this was an older hotel that had been remodeled, and the price is what I would expect to pay for a prime-location downtown hotel, not one that is out of the city near the airport.
