Cheeseboro Canyon, located five miles from the hotel in the Santa Monica Mountains, offers 2,000 acres of hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails. Several public golf courses are located within 15 miles of the hotel. Lake Lindero Country Club, 1 mile away, features a 3,600-yard, 9-hole executive course, putting green, and pro shop. Westlake Village Golf Course, a 5,080-yard, par-67 course, is located 2 miles north. Malibu Country Club, a par-72, 18-hole course, offers reasonable weekday rates. What to expect: The grand marble lobby offsets the hotel’s serene mountainside location. Industry guests, looking to escape the hustle of Hollywood, enjoy specialty cocktails in the large Liquid Lounge. During breaks from the links, visiting golfers kick back in the hotel’s restaurant or by the outdoor splash pool. Amenity highlights: In addition to its lavish lobby with brilliant crystal chandelier, the hotel prides itself on its artistic design and imported European furnishings. The bright H2O Sea Grill features bright décor and spacious seating areas, and the exercise room offers guests treadmills, stair climbers, and free weights. Insider tip: Paramount Ranch, which has posed as Tombstone, Arizona, and Dodge City, Kansas, is located four miles from the hotel in Agoura Hills. Open to the public, the famous movie ranch was the location for movies such as Geronimo and Gunsmoke, and television series The Dukes of Hazard and Charlie’s Angels. Admission to the park—which has picnic areas and hiking trails-- is free.
H20 Sea Grille - Contemporary American cuisine with seafood focus. Breakfast buffet available daily. Lunch items include crab cake sandwich with chipotle mayonnaise and Caesar salad with grilled prawns, scallops, and gorgonzola. Dinner entrées include sesame-encrusted ahi with soba noodles, veal chops, and halibut with mushroom sauce. . Liquid Lounge - Cocktail lounge open from midday to late evening. Appetizer menu, specialty cocktails, and live piano music Tuesday and Saturday evenings.

| Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. This is a wonderfully convenient place to stay if you are visiting LA or the surrounding areas as it is just off Highway 101 and situated in lovely Agoura Hills. Many dining options nearby, as well as antique shops and Reagan Library. Malibu is a short and scenic drive...I would definitely go back .

| Staff were friendly, but not intrusive. The room was clean and neat; the fitness rooms were great: I used the eliptical machine and got a great workout. No views, but a comfortabley, relaxing stay.

| This hotel is located just outside Los Angeles in the beautiful Malibu Hills. The little extra drive is well worth the views, service, quality and comfort we experienced. Even on a busy holiday it was quiet, the restaurant was not only accessable, but the food and service were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again for business or pleasure.
