| The hotel was great! Very clean, affordable, perfect location, close to everything, easy access to I-95...Very clean rooms,free internet and the best chocolate chip cookies ever :)

| Reliable room with quality amenities. Rooms are clean, quiet and the layout is good for business stay. Room service was fast and food was tasty. This will be my hotel of choice for Norwalk.

| The hotel is well above average. The staff and service is of a very high level. The resturant located inside the hotel leaves a lot to be disired. The resturanr wait staff we wathching T.V. during a late night meal and talking to each other accross the room.. While eating dinner the wait staff started to clear the empty tables to set up for the morning, when we ask if this noise could be done at a later time we were told they had to finish this task. The food was well i have had better fast food. I will return the this hotel but i will not eat at this resturant ever again.

| The decor is tasteful and pretty. TV is large and a selection of about 24 movies for pay to choose from. Breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff were wonderful. Parking was very convenient. I would stay there again and I would look for a Doubletree on other trips. Really nice.

| The Doubletree presented my wife with a warm chocalate chip cookie upon arrival. And it only got better. Every question or request was resolved with a smile and POSITIVE response, None of the "It's not my fault, I just work here" line you here so often. Rooms were very comfortable, as were the beds. Restaurant was even good. Great location to interstate 95 exit and entrance ramps. Also many good restaurants and shopping nearby. My wife and I highly highly recommend staying here.
