| I would stay there again just for the room rates. It was OK but needs a good updating. Room was clean and good enough for a just one night. I think they just need to put in new carpets in the halls, get new blankets for the beds and update a little. Staff was friendly.

| We booked this hotel following good reviews for this hotel on this web site. We were disappointed in the cleanliness, lack on maintenance, and the noisy room we had. The hotel showed lack of maintenance on the outside landscaping, there was an attemp to paint new parking lot lines but the cans of paint were left in the lot to roll around. The interior was OK our room was clean but smelled musty and smokie (we booked a no smoking room). I room was on top of the boiler and laundry area and very noisy.

| We got there at 9pm and wanted to eat, no dining service. Big crack in window, bugs in room, shower ceiling coming down, not clean, mildew in bathroom, laundry room very dirty, warm drinks and melted candy in vending machines (which were 3/4 empty. We actually took pictures of the horrible conditions there. I only had to stay 1 night. If I had booked more days, I would have left.

| The hotel needs LOTS of remodeling and general upgrading. It is definitely showing its age. The room, however, was clean and comfortable. The temperature of the lobby and hallways was set high enough(VERY warm) to be uncomfortable. The A/C in the room worked just fine. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, english muffins, etc., and was much better than most free breakfasts in hotels. I'd recommend the hotel if someone wants only a place to spend the night rather than to enjoy a luxurious room to lounge in. Also, the number of good restaurants nearby is very limited. There is a restaurant in the hotel and one across the street (didn't try either one).

| This hotel was a good place to stay in a safe neighborhood. Pleasantly surprised at the "hot" breakfast buffet that was a full meal. Comfortable room and beds. The swimming facilities need maintenance and upkeep and maintenance.

| We arrived very late, and had no problems or wait time to check in. The room was clean and comfortable, stocked with Neutrogena bath products. However, I had to go to the front desk to ask for sugar, creamer, etc. as there was no coffee service with the coffeemaker in the room. I also had to request an extra towel. The room, which had a capacity of four persons, was equipped with only two towels, and we were a party of three. The indoor pool is small but nice -- be careful on the floors, they are not well textured in the "wet zone" near the pool. We also had to ask for pool towels. Maintenenace awoke us saying they had received a call the sink was not draining, when in fact it was fine. Another room perhaps? This is a nice hotel, the service could be better, but it seems that they are trying to skimp on some things to afford other things.
