| If you do not want to pay a lot of money to stay in Boston, this Hotel will work. It is a good distance from the city and does not have the best amenities, but the service was good and I had no problems during my stay.

| I was not at all happy with this hotel, so much in the fact that I am writing a letter to the company to advise them of the things that happened. So needless to say I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

| We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient if you come by car as it has free parking and it is close to Boston. There are 2 things which we did not like. One of them is the carpet of our room- which was full of hair. They should definitely vacuum and clean the carpets if it was not our luck! The second thing is that the hotel provides nice breakfast but noone told us about this and the breakfast was hidden back in the restaurant. Therefore, first day we missed the breakfast and second day luckily we found it! Ayse

| The week-end desk clerk did not appear to be able to answer many of the questions we had. We had difficulty getting into our room. After four different keys tried we asked for a different room and were reluctantly given another room. While waiting in the lobby for the shuttle to the commuter rail station there appeared to be many complaints from other hotel guests. The shuttle was to run every half hour. On the week-end, it did not run according to schedule and the driver appeared somewhat put out that he had to take guests to the station. The staff during the week, including the shuttle driver, were much more helpful and kind. According to the hotel information, this hotel was rated 3 diamond by AAA. We did not find this to be comparable to other 3 diamond AAA hotels we have stayed in.

| If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive and convenient hotel in the Boston area the Best Western New Englander is it! It's right off of I-93 and 20 minutes from some great historical sites. USS Constitution, North Church, Boston Tea Pary Museum, Paul Revere's home and many more. It's 10 minutes from the two train stations so you can hop a train and get anywhere in Boston for just a few dollars. I would stay there again!!

| The hotel was clean, service was good, room was spacious. The decor may have been a little out dated, but I don't consider decor when picking a hotel. I'd stay in this hotel again.
