| The HOTEL IM PALAIS SCHWARZENBERG, scenically surrounded by a large private park, is situated in the very centre of Vienna. From the hotel you can easily walk to the State Opera House, the most important museums and sights; as well as to the famous shopping-streets. The hotel is located in an early 18th century baroque palace. Our guests do have the exclusive use of the hotel's private park with resting lawns as well as five tennis courts (summer) and 3 km of private jogging paths. The Guests enjoy free use of John Harries Fitness Club near the hotel. All rooms are furnished individually, partially decorated with period furniture, paintings and etchings and provided with bathroom, toilet, cable TV/VCR, direct dial telephone as well as portable air-conditioners. Since December 1997 we have 6 new Designer rooms and -suites in unique location in the side wing of the Palais. The designer rooms are in modern style and only accessible through our private park. Our „Terrassenrestaurant“ is well-known for its Austrian and international cuisine.

With its unique view of our private park, the terrace restaurant has been a favourite spot of the Viennese society. A combination of classical French and Viennese cuisine, complemented by an impressive wine selection, leaves no culinary delights to be desired. Within the hotel's private park, guests have the exclusive right to use the croquet and resting lawn as well as two miles of private jogging tracks.
