| Non-smoking rooms were intermingled with smoking-rooms and the obnoxious smoke wafted into the common hallway where everyone had to inhale second-hand smoke. It is a small mom-and-pop operation with very little staff, and service was terrible. This will be the last place I stay at again. Upside: located near downtown Williams, and a very good, mom-and-pop Mexican food restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel.

| Pool tile chipped and paint missing from floor. Scum, a a bath tub ring around the pool. No extra pillows, and pillows too small, very small, microscopic. Sales clerk has poor english. Continental breakfast out of a box of 3 donuts at 8:10 am ? No coffee made. Entire staff should be fired and start over. Linen did not smell clean. Disappointing stay, too say the least.

| The Hotel was decent and clean, I booked the room the night before I stayed there so that was convenient. The room was decent and clean as well, they also had a nice pool and a heated spa but we got there too late to go take a dip. They had free coffee and donuts in the AM.

| The receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly. When my door key didn't work at first, and I went back to tell her she was almost upset at me. And then after the power went out, she didn't help me at all to figure out the problem and she didn't even apologize. Overall, I was not impressed, and infact I didn't feel comfortable there. I was not happy.
