| My husband and I recently stayed at the Kelly Inn en route from Montana to Illinois. All we wanted was a quiet, clean hotel where we could get a good night's sleep after a twelve hour drive. We ate in the hotel restaurant and there was some confusion at the end of the night with our bill. Rather than slip a note under our door, the front desk called our room at midnight (!), woke us both up, and told us we needed to come down right then and deal with the bill. They eventually agreed to let us come in the morning. When I mentioned this occurance to the front desk staff the next morning, the woman, while assuring us this was not protocol, was largely unapologetic. We will not be staying here again.

| This hotel was much nicer than its pricetag suggested. Not very much more money than an economy hotel but the facilities were spotless, the furniture very comfortable and the room was quiet, despite proximity to a major street.

| I never thought in a million years I would be traveling to Fargo, ND. But as luck would have it, I was there last week on business. Fargo was an extremly clean and well maintained city, but I didn't notice any thing that would bring me back to this area on leisure / vacation time. The most redeming part of the trip was Kelly's Best Western and O'Kelley's (the hotel lounge). The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was exempliary, and the lounge was lively with excellent and friendly service. If I am forced to return to Fargo, I will definetly stay at this hotel.

| I stayed on a Friday night and the Irish bar in the lobby was really hopping at midnight. Numerous overserved travelers were loud obnoxious when returning to their rooms at all hours of the night. My room was not very clean when I checked in.

| Very good service, i asked for a king size bed and they switched rooms right away without a hassle. The hotel was overall nice and the breakfast was good, only thing i didn't like was the cigarette smoke seeping into the room.
