| Don't expect too much for a 2.5 star motel. The overall condition of the hotel is OK. The room has a little bit unlikely smell, but it is clean. It has the basic stuffs such as coffe maker, iron, hair dryer, enough shower towel and so on. The air-conditioner below the window is a little bit noisy. If you want to leave it on all night, it could be a problem. The hotel is just besides highway, but we didn't hear any noise. The location of the hotel is good. Crossing the miss. river bridge, you can easily go to I10 or get into town. The hotel is right beside a shopping mall where there is a food court, and some department stores. Drving down in the opposite direction of NewOrleans in Terr PKWY, there are a lot of restaurants and shopping plazas. Overall, the location is safe and conveinient. During the second day of our stay, our room was not cleaned. I don't know why. The breakfast is nice with DIY waffle, just like other LaQuinta. If you don't expect too much for a motel with relatively low price, I would recommend it. But if you need a little bit higher standard, don't go this one.

| This room rate is low for a reason...the floor's were dirty and the hotel is very difficult to find if you're from out of state.

| The hotel was nice, affordable and had a nice, big pool. We did have a little trouble trying to get extra towels but other than that it was great! There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel, which was convenient. I would recommend this hotel for the money. If you're looking for luxury you better be ready to pay a little more at a different hotel.

| We weren't expecting much for the price, but our room was clean and comfortable with a mini-fridge, microwave, iron, etc. I would recommend staying on a floor other than ground level if you plan to sleep late. I would recommend this room to anyone trying to save a little money on their trip.
