| Room service- ok had problems getting wireless connection. front desk - first day ok , but not always accomodating. Generally satisfied considering its suites are ideal for large families. Two good restaurants on either side of the hotel.

| The elevators smelled horrible. The check-in staff was rude and not very helpful. The rooms were clean but not very comfortable. The breakfast was good but the eating area was very hot and humid. The pool area was awesome! We liked our stay, but just a few improvements would be nice!

| Don't be fooled by the nice atrium, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. With 3.5 stars I don't think I expected too much, but when I arrived the first thing in getting off the elevator on the 8th floor was the intense heat and humidity throughout the 8th floor and my room. When I asked the front desk about it they just shrugged it off. They really made no effort to correct the problem beacuse the heat and humidity stayed like that for the next 3 hours. The air conditioning in the room was barely working which made the few hours I spent there unbearable. Other flaws in the hotel included loud traffic noise from highway 59, a mattress that had no padding what so ever, and the room was filthy. My wife and I could feel the springs from what little padding was on the mattress. I left at 11 pm to go to another hotel and accepted it as a loss. On my way out I told the manager about the problems we were having and he said there was nothing he could do because we booked through expedia. No apology, no effort to compensate us. A complete lack of customer service. If there was a rating of zero I would have given it to them.

| This is a great hotel fr the price...free cooked breakfast, lots of room in the suites. The swimming poo could be better, as could the beds but if you have a lot of people and want the kids in a seperate room with their own TV and dont want to spend lots of money, this is the place to stay!! Easy access to HWY 59

| Hotel room was very spacious with living/kitchenette area and separate bedroom. Complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast was also very good. About 20 minutes from downtown. Only downside is hotel is right off of Southwest Freeway and the parallell-runing US59, so if room is on front side (near roadways) noise from traffic may be loud.
