| Our stay was great! We do a lot of traveling, and not many places we have stayed have had such a warm feeling from the time we walked into our room untill the day we left. From the room itself to the feather comforts on the beds. Great stay, warm feeling, and great aminities. We had a riverview room and the view was great. We will stay there again.

| Hotel front desk service was excellent. Although, the service and staff in the resturant at breakfast has a lot to be desired. What should have taken at most 30 minutes from the time we sat down took 1 1/2 hours and even then if we did not ask for someone to bring our check and then again to bring back our credit card we may still be sitting there.

| This was a very nice hotel and very reasonable. The purpose of the trip was business and the hotel provides hi-speed internet access which was very helpful. If I take a vacation out in the area, I would definitely book this hotel for pleasure as well.

| I would have expected a task chair or something with wheels for the desk. The wood chair was not in good condition, from people like me trying to slide in in and out. Otherwise the stay was excellent. Very quiet, most comfortable bed ever.

| Doubletree Durango is a beautiful hotel right on the Animas River. Our room was a stone's throw away from the running water, it soothed us to sleep at night. However, room service and the quality of the food was something to be desired. Cheese and cracker tray was nothing more than Kraft Singles and Town House crackers. Breakfast was good however, as was the happy hour at the lounge. Overall, a GREAT place. Just up the quality of the room service and things would be much better.

| I've never felt more welcomed than at the Doubletree. Pleasant front desk staff, a phone message welcoming us, and warm chocolate chip cookies! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
