| This hotel is in a quiet spot along the parkway north of Niagara Falls, away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the owners & staff were extremely friendly. The pool was nice and cool and quite clean. There is a small cafe next door to the hotel which had great fish and chips! The shuttle to the falls stops right in front, so you don't even need to fight the parking at the falls. We had a great stay!

| Room was spacious and staff was great. Found some trash from previous guest under the bed which was gross. Older bath fixtures worked fine. A/C could use updating. Wasn't looking for anything fancy and the price was right.
