| The hotel was beautifully landscaped and quiet. Hotel staff was accomodating and professional. Poolside service was not to the same level of service as the rest of the staff and the food could have been better. Aside from the poolside service, would recommend this hotel and I would return.

| Nice hotel, clean grounds, nice pool area. The restaurant is very good. They had a champagne tasting Friday evening. Ted Sakai (general manager), was very friendly and informative. It's about a 30 minutes drive to the town of Sonoma. The rooms were spacious, clean, but a bit noisy.

| Through all the complexities of airtravel with delays of weather and flights with very late arrival and still more problems with the rental car company, this hotel and its amenities were the brightest part of our honeymoon. Nothing is ever perfect but this hotel was close. The room restful and so very comfortable. Everything was as near to perfect that we could hope for, a true luxurious home away from home and we thank them for that.

| The hotel was impressive and well maintained and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was very helpful and available in sufficient numbers to ensure that no wait for service was greater than five minutes. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance with a good range of prices. The hotel restaurant was very good for quick meals, however the buffet breakfast the first morning featured Eggs Benedict and the English muffin had turned into a brick. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and able to keep our room clean and neat without exception. There is a shortage of storage area in the rooms with the TV Armoir being the only large source for drawer space.

| Every thing was great except for the service at the restaurant, seem to have enough help but just terrible service. We had a big group and we ate there four times ,same thing every time, whether a group of 4 or 12. Its sad the food was good.

| It was great! The room was clean and neat, the furniture was nice and not worn at all. Lots of space, no crampy hotel feeling at all. The pool area was very nice, although the hottub was not hot...luke warm, at best. Nice bar in the lobby, with the sweetest bartender you'll ever meet!
