| It is a pretty nice hotel, reasonably priced. And it is downtown, close to everything interesting. Many good restaurant in walking distance. We are satisfied.

| We were happy about the price and the accommodations inside the actual hotel room. Not much in the halls, no food available, parking on the street, and no frills. But rooms are clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning in hot Montreal summer. The help has major attitude- not fun to work with.

| This hotel is located in the center of college-age and 20-something spawning grounds. You either like that, or you don't. We did. Bars and stores are open very late, and the hotel is a short walk to the center of downtown. Yet despite being in the center of all this hubub, our room was very quiet, with only the normal hum of the air conditioner to be heard. Everything was comfortable and clean. Despite my having forgetten what little French I ever learned, and my focus upon keeping costs to a minimum, the staff was without exception friendly and helpful. This was a very welcome surprise, as they are the calibre of people one would expect in a much more expensive hotel. All spoke fluent English. Any request was promptly attended to. Refrigerators in most rooms, free microwave upon request, free high-speed internet service, they'll even loan you a hi-speed connector. Other guests in the hotel were quiet, considerate, refined people. Would definately stay again, we loved it!

| Very nice hotel, friendly employees, value pricing. If you are looking for a nice convenient place to stay (without unnecessary extra amenities and, consequently, costs), do not hesitate to choose it. You won't get disappointed.

| It's right in the middle of downtown. Parking, however, is expensive. There are parking lots right next to the hotel, but they charge $15 per day.
