Radisson Hotel At Cross Keys Amenities
The hotel has an outdoor lap pool, fitness room, and tennis club with indoor and outdoor courts. Jogging and walking trails cover 72 wooded acres surrounding the hotel. Complimentary scheduled shuttles take guests to the Inner Harbor, as well as to local hospitals.

Recreation
Cross Keys is known for its tennis barn, a 25-year-old facility a quarter-mile away, with four indoor and two outdoor Deco II surfaces and a pro shop. Hotel guests can use the courts, as well as two small fitness rooms with weights; stair, rowing, and cross-training machines; and saunas in the men's and women's locker rooms, for a fee. The hotel has a secluded outdoor lap pool and a fitness center.

Paths run throughout the community's gently rolling 72 acres. Hikers enjoy the rigorous, forested hills of Roland Park, a century-old neighborhood across the road from Cross Keys. An 18-hole public course, with a driving range, is about 6 miles away. An ice-skating rink is 1 mile north.

The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: Located 6 miles from downtown Baltimore and a half-mile from Interstate 83, the Radisson is in the Village of Cross Keys, a 72-acre residential community. Because of its proximity to Johns Hopkins and Mount Sinai hospitals, many guests stay at the hotel for medical reasons. The hotel is also popular for weddings and with leisure and business travelers. The shops, restaurants, and offices located within the hotel complex integrate the hotel into one of the city's prettiest neighborhoods.

Amenity highlights: The tennis club, fitness center, outdoor lap pool, trails, and shops provide plenty of recreational opportunities. The hotel offers complimentary scheduled daily shuttles to the Inner Harbor and local hospitals.

Insider tip: For visitors craving fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers, local farmers sell their produce every Tuesday on the small parking lot across from the hotel's entrance.

Crossroads - Recessed lighting and wrought-iron wall sconces cast a soft glow in this 160-seat restaurant, where the dress code is business-casual and the menu features Maryland favorites such as crabs and rockfish. Those who want breakfast or lunch to go can use the coffee/sandwich cart in the lobby.

Lobby Lounge - This small bar tucked in a corner of the lobby serves drinks from late afternoon to late evening.

lovely hotel, slightly hidden but good location just outside Balitmore. The staff was helpful, giving me patient directions on the telephone as I was lost. Another desk person printed out 2 sets of directions for me when I was checking out. Very good restaurant located in the same parking lot/ shopping center - Diane's (I think), great eggplant and cheese

It's been a long time since we've had a family vacation and our mini-trip (Sun.-Tues.) was picture perfect. We arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time, but they had a room ready so they let us check in. The room with one king sized bed was generously large with enough room for two adults and two kids to move around without bumping into each other. We had brought an inflatable queen sized bed for the girls which worked out great. The hotel was very accomodating with linens for it, blanket and pillow. One of the best features about the hotel was the complimentary shuttle to the Inner Harbor. After we dropped our stuff off in the room, we hopped the shuttle (about a 15 minute ride) and began our touring. We grabbed a quick lunch and arrived at the science museum at 2 and got chased out at closing time, 6PM. We caught the 7PM shuttle back to the hotel and collapsed. Throughout our trip there was no problem leaving our 5 year old's car seat on the shuttle van. We liked being on the outskirts of the city but close enough to tour the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My daughter and I were staying at this hotel as part of our colleges tour. The staff were helpful and informative. The hotel shuttle took us to the Johns Hopkins campus, as well as to the Inner Harbor. It was great not to have to worry about driving and parking in an unknown city. The room decor was very attractive. There is a great restauarant, Donna's, in the shopping complex attached to the hotel.

Pleasantly surprised. Shuttle bus to & from Inner Harbor meant we didn't have to deal with driving or parking. Only one receptionist was rude during a phone call made to the lobby, but all others were friendly and willing to please the guest. Planning another trip & will definitely stay at Raddison.

particularly enjoyed the option of shopping on the lower level. Personnel were courteous and helpful and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is convinient to inner harbor attractions. Consideration, though, needs to be given on the part of the hotel chain to switch to individual room a/c or heat units instead of a central system. It was a bit difficult to regulate the temp in our room.

From the moment we entered the lobby, we were treated as if we were were the most important clients in the hotel. The staff was very curteous and friendly; they seemed geniunely interested in our stay. We ordered breakfast room service as a treat for my goddaughter and it arrived promptly and hot! In addition, it was quite good. Walking in the private courtyard was a marvelous experience; we were able to incorporate a good deal of window shopping. My goddaughter and I live in Baltimore, but our stay at the Raddison made us feel that we had taken a lovely vacation in a new and exciting location. Overall, this was a wonderful experience!!

If this property could just get its room heating and cooling problems under control it would be one of the better bargains in the Baltimore area. Unfortunately rooms are cold, the heating system ranges from inadequate and noisy to almost totally ineffective depending on the room.
