| This hotel is just in front of King Street Station of the Metro Blue and Yellow Lines, so it would be extremely convenient if you're from Reagan National Airport, and also very convenient even from Dulles Airport when you take the Washington Flyer bus to the West Falls Church Metro station. Also, this hotel is located within the walking distance from the Alexandria Old Town. This is a good point. Maybe we were just lucky and nothing more than that, but we were grateful for hotel's generousity to offer a room for us at little before 11 a.m. since we were really sleepy after taking a "red-eye" flight to Dulles.

| The hotel was excellent, from the quiet and cleanliness of the room to the wonderful atrium, free full breakfast and courteous shuttle/limo service around Alexandria's Old Town, which is a great place to eat and hang around after seeing the sights every day in Washington. Metro stop right across the street! The best all-around family place for visitors/tourists I've seen in my 22 years of frequenting Washington DC.

| With the subway/train station right across the street, this was such a great find. We loved the quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown, though. The breakfast buffet, although free, was chaotic. People were everywhere and there was nowhere to sit if you didn't get there at the crack of dawn or nearing the end of the breakfast hours. We also LOVED the reception in the afternoons. If you could make it back in time from sightseeing, worth it!

| This was a great place to stay for D.C. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and comfortable. Loved the two-room suite. The atrium design is gorgeous. We loved the breakfast buffet (free), which offset the cost of parking ($15 / day). The Metro station is right across the street, so we didn't need a car at all. Wish we had had more time there so we could have seen more of Alexandria's Old Town.

| Room was nice and hotel well maintained. In hotel restaurant was expensive but was offset by the manager's free drinks in the evenings and free breakfast every morning. The Metro was right across the street allowing easy access to the D. C. area. Only problem we had was with the desk clerk that screwed up our room request. Luckily they were able to find someone willing to switch.
