Features
What to expect: Exceptionally child-friendly, the hotel supplies warm chocolate-chip cookies at check-in, features a large aviary and Disney murals in the two-story lobby, and provides children with their own check-in desk, where they can sign in, receive gifts and balloons, and borrow books and board games. Adjacent to the hotel's restaurant is a kids' club that shows movies and the Disney television channel. Amenity highlights: A good-size pool and children's pool containing a fountain offer relaxation between theme-park visits. A secluded eight-person spa provides convivial soaking in a garden setting. A children's game room nearby permits adults to sun leisurely while kids play within eyesight. Insider tip: Every 30 minutes beginning one hour before they open and ending two hours after they close, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from all four Disney World theme parks. Several times a day, complimentary shuttles leave for Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach water parks, with returns scheduled in the afternoon and evening. Every 30 minutes from 6 PM to 3 AM, vans also shuttle between the hotel and Downtown Disney a half-mile away.

| The personel in the hotel is very charming, an so lovely with the children; they makes us feel very comfortable. Besides the hotel has an excelent location, near from attractions; and all inside amenities are wonderful.

| Excellent location, excellent rooms, good service. Wireless internet access in the rooms would be better, but you still have access with a cable provided at the reception. The quality of the food in the restaurants can be improved.

| We really liked everything about our stay. The shuttles were really easy to get on, and they were not crouded. Service was fast and always friendly. The suite was clean, and the beds were perfect.

| This hotel is in a great location just off the main interstates and close to Downtown Disney. It's not quite within walking distance to shopping and restaurants but very close. The pool was excellent after a long day at the parks. Our room was also great and very well stocked with coffee and whatever else we needed. It was also nice to have the Disney store within the hotel so we could find park times and buy our tickets there instead of standing in long lines.

| We were very pleased with the hotel. It afforded plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and cheerfully decorated. The pool was wonderful and the timely shuttles to the various parks were great. It was conveniently located off the highway and there was a market close by so we were able to stock up on a few goodies to keep in the fridge. The kids loved that they were able to "check in" and loved their gift bags. And the cookies are great!!

| Our Doubletree Suite was spacious and clean. Very nice experience. Check-in and Bell Service staff were always helpful. Would stay there again. Only problem was with the shuttle to the parks. The waiting got very long - especially after a long day at the park. Sometimes the bus was so full that guests were packed on like sardines and others were left waiting for the next bus.

| Bathtub didn't drain; asked for king and rec'd 2 full, no towels upon arrival, fridge kept over freezing, blowdryer didn't work properly. Concierge gave wrong directions to a local restaraunt. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable trip.

| Had no problems with this hotel. Took my family of four and it was great having the dinning table and kitchen with microwave. The time share people are annoying. But the hotel is clean and friendly. The kids had a great time. The pool was heated, which was great. Would go back and would recommend it.
