| They were trying to make me feel guilty for booking through Expedia. They called it a third party and used that as a reason to deny me the exact accommodation I booked. Yet they did not apologize when told they assigned me to a wrong room. The door to my room was bad. I could go on and on.

| This hotel was fine. I was leaving for a cruise and wanted one close to the harbour. The exterior is downright ugly. There is digging and construction going on. The service was fine, the people were nice, and it's a great place to walk to historic old Providence.

| Hotel is away from downtown Providence. The free shuttle to the Convention Center/Westin is very convenient, the room and service were great, but the area that the Radisson is situated in has yet to be redeveloped so there are few surrounding amenities. Count on getting everything you need from Downtown Providence and just enjoying a lovely room in a friendly hotel.

| Don't expect much in the way of waterfront. The hotel is in a loop of highway behind an abandoned warehouse. The hotel is relatively clean, but does not have much of a dining room or lobby. Parking is included, which it is not in most other Providence hotels. If it is close to where you need to go, it will be satisfactory.

| Not what I expected from Radisson. The hotel is located adjacent to 195 and it's noisy. On the opposite side is an off ramp that's under construction. The rooms were ok, but seemed smaller than other rooms in the chain. You can't enter the lobby directly from the entrance, and have to ride up an elevator or take the stairs. The 5th and 6th floors require a key to activate the elevator, although you can get off on 4 and walk up. Overall the setting and building are rather industrial, with no grounds, landscaping, or views to speak of. Limited channels on TV, I think there were about 8 with no network news. Beds and bath were clean and comfortable. The oddest thing I've ever encountered was light coming through a gap in the panelized ceiling. Very disconcerting to have the feeling that the ceiling was either about to fall or that someone was watching me. (Their loss) Staff was fine; competent and efficient. No continental breakfast, coffee and fruit. They have a restaurant but we didn't eat there. Coffee in rooms is via one of those little coffee makers that never have enough capacity to make more than a couple of cups. I'd probably stay there again, but it's not the kind of hotel that one just has to book again.

| The staff were courteous and the breakfast well served. One of the few restaurants in the US that serves tea properly. (in a pot, not a bag on a plate). Room and bed were quite comfortable. Hotel was quiet, although the windows overlook I-195 and there is a traffic roar. My room had a huge walk-in closet, although not all do. I was on one of the concierge floors that needed a key in the elevator, but I don't know that I got anything special for this or that I paid extra for it either. My only quibble was that my room key didn't work after breakfast and I had to have it recharged. I assume this was some automatic cutoff that was set too early. It was about 9:30am on a Sunday. They quickly corected it, however.

| The hotel was fine, nothing exemplary, but the area around it was kind of dingy with all the construction that was going on.

| The most distinguishing feature of this hotel is that it is nestled between the freeway and the offramp, thus the noise of traffic permeated the room the entire night. Other than that glaring negative feature, the room itself was clean, comfortable (king bed was very comfortable, nice shower head and plenty of towels are all a plus with us). The front desk staff also recommended restaurants for both dinner and breakfast, both of which were right on the mark and well worth the trip to try! Evening front desk clerk called to book reservations for dinner and also there was shuttle available-all of those a plus.
