| We did enjoy the resort with all its imenities but were not happy about all of the surcharges, resort fees, etc. Also, for the "average joe" there were no snack shops, 24 hour diners or vending machines for refreshments if needed, only room service or mini bar which both were overly priced. I wouldn't say we would never stay again but would be more prepared.

| We spent a long weekend here in April. We were in Scottsdale for a family wedding so didn't have time to use pool, fitness facilities. All contact with hotel staff was cordial and helpful. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast in the Garden Court was excellent. Would definitely return. Don't like the "facilities fee".

| The room was a little disappointing. Not very "resort like". The pool and other ammentities were fabulous! The salon was great. They took me at the last minute without an appointment and the staff was very nice. The hairdresser even stayed after his shift to fix my hair. Overall it was a great place to stay
