| I traveled for 2 months in Europe, so I am needless to say, an expert on European hotels and the normal standards. This is above and beyond amazing in terms of location, breakfast (the best I've been to in Europe with eggs and meats at breakfast included in the price, and not just a hard roll and warm milk that you have to pay extra for at many), as well as staff who spoke perfect English. However, the rooms were not air conditioned (not normally a problem in Denmark, but I was there during a heat wave) and the room was quite small and sparse. Though, I was very happy with the bathroom which was about the same size as my room. I was staying in a single, so a double room might be just fine. I very much recommend the hotel.

| If you plan to stay in this hotel in the summer and it gets hot, expect to sweat - there is no air conditioning in the hotel and it gets really hot! the rooms are small and there is no air movement, so it gets to be really HOT! other then that the hotel is very nice, great location close to the city center, harbor restaurants and cafees. Very good full breakfast. Nice staff, good service, but you pay for everything, even complementary toothpaste.

| The staff was very pleasent and the room was adequate. Free wireless internet was great. Not much of a view from any room windows but thankful that the windows opened as the room was quite warm. Within walking distance to many great touristy places including Tivoli, palaces, Nyhavn and the Stroget.

| The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was rather small and our queen-size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. (We've seen this before in Europe) The shower was tiny w/a shower curtain that didn't completely reach the floor, getting water everywhere. But the location is good if you are looking to go to Nyhavn. We enjoyed Copenhagen a lot!

| Best Western City Hotel in Copenhagen provides very good value for money. It is in a great location, on a quiet street in the centre of the city. It is close to many of the sights and the main shopping streets. Nyhavn with its many bars and restaurants is only a few minutes stroll from the hotel. It is about a four minute walk to the 1A bus which will take you to the Centras Station and Tivoli gardens in one direction and close to the Little Mermaid monument in the other direction. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is part of a large chain, it has the feel and athmosphere of a smaller , more personal hotel,
