| Our stay was perfect. The staff was very polite, friendly and efficient. I don't know how or when they cleaned the room, we never saw the cleaning staff, but they did a superb job. Shuttle service to downtown area was there when we wanted it, but the walk is easy too. A bonus is the spa with its many services and nice staff. was an added bonus.

| Beautiful but limited services. No shop. Depend on shuttle service to get back and forth to city. Got locked out of room for an hour until a maintenance man could break into card-style lock and replace it. Food very expensive, only one restaurant; no others nearby.

| Spent 2 days in Victoria at this hotel. We generally stay at only 4 or 5 star hotels and this hotel was as expected. This hotel is on the "other" side of the harbor which presents the best and most romantic view of Victoria's illuminated waterfront. The staff was very friendly and the hotel and room were perfect. Another nice unmentioned benefit is their free shuttle to anywhere in the downtown Victoria area in case you don't want to walk or you're getting in with luggage. We didn't eat at the hotel so no opinion is presented concerning their food. The hotel is within easy walking distance of everything in Victoria exept the Butchart Gardens which must be seen. Fortunately, we took the evening illumination bus tour of the gardens to get a different perspective. I definitely recommend this hotel.

| This is a very nice hotel at a convenient location to downtown Victoria. It would be a great place to stay if you don't want to bother with a car. You can walk into town, take the hotel shuttle or a water taxi (which is the most fun of all).

| Great place to stay if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to downtown. But, make sure you get a room that includes mtheir Signature Club membership. It has a continental breakfast everyday, plus a cocktail hour each day. Also you have 24 hr access to refrigerated drinks, papers, etc. Beds very comfortable for hotel beds.

| One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We stayed on the 4th floor ,the view was lovely. The windows opened and looked out over the water. The bedding was high quality linens with a down comforter. The Delta paid attention to detail in every way, the tempeture for the next day, chocolates on our pillow, bottled water and c.d. player with music for our enjoyment. A wonderful Continental breakfast was served daily in the signiture lounge.

| We really enjoyed our stay at the Ocean Pointe. The hotel is lovely and located right on the water. The staff accommodated us for an early check-in, they were friendly and informative. The hotel is located across the bridge from Government St. etc...only about a 15 min walk, tops, and its right along the water. Dont let the walk deter you, when we werent up for walking it was never an issue because the hotel runs and incredible shuttle service for free. We never waited more than two minutes for the shuttle to take us from the hotel to wherever we wanted to go. The driver gave us his card so when we were at a restaurant for example, our server would just call and tell the hotel shuttle driver that we were ready to be picked up...it was fantastic and the drivers are very informative about the area/restaurants/activities. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the Ferry. Our room was large, clean and the view was beautiful with Parliament, the Empress etc. in full view. Also the heated pool/hot tub was a big plus. We received massages at the Spa and found the staff to be welcoming and friendly as well. Overall we paid a great rate for such a fantastic harbor view and overall experience. We would definitely stay there again.
