| The hotel and rooms are nice. The restaurant is a bit pricey for dinner.

| The public areas and amenities are generally good, and the room are fairly comfortable. Staff is generally capable and professional. But there is no central air system on the floors for the hotel rooms, only those built-in wall units. These units are noisy. Also, being an older pre-fabricated construction structure, the smoke from the smoking floors of the hotel pours through the entire structure. And yes, onto your non-smoking floor! At times, you'll feel like there's a smoker in your room! It is smelly and can occassionally be overwhelming. You will have to keep a window cracked open a bit for fresh air at all times - regardless of the outside temperature. There are better business class hotels over in Parsipanny, but you'll pay more. Prime should invest in a modern central air system for this hotel!
