| This hotel is near Via Venato. You have easy access to good food and shopping. The room we had was sizable for a family of four although the kids had to sleep on a pull out couch. The only complaint was the A/C. In late June this room was just a few degrees too warm and a bit muggy. After getting hot and sweaty seeing the sights, we prefer a really cool room to relax in. We stayed here as the last stop in a 10 day trip. I imagine we would have been more impressed if it had been our first hotel.

| Recently refurbished, the rooms are nice and cleean although the lobby was still a little shabby. Breakfast is included and the waitstaff in the dining room were cordial and efficient. The location was good (right around the corner from a wide, tree lined street with cafes and larger hotels). It's about a 10-15 minute walk to the Spanish steps and about a 30 minute walk to the historic center (i.e. Colloseum, Palatine, etc.) There's a 60 euro private car service to and from Rome Fiumicino airport which is convenient--esp if you have a lot of luggage!

| Nice Lobby with plenty of seating. Room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Is a 10 minute walk to two Metros-which was downhill going but uphill coming back-, but only one block from buses and taxi stand. Plus taxi's are readily available at entrance of hotel. One block from Via Veneto. Close to two excellent small family owned restaurants and a local Pizzera/Pasta place. (Five minute walk to a health club and supermarket.) Villa Borghese across the street is a good refuge after days of sight seeing. 10-15 minute walk to Spanish Steps and Via Condotti area. Neighborhood was safe and clean.
