Features
What to expect: With its brick turret, Tudor-mansion decor, and 13 acres of park-like grounds, this hotel neatly embodies a theme-park castle. Guests, including groups and vacationers, are welcomed into a circular lobby richly appointed with antiques, rich woods, elaborate murals, framed photographs of castles, and seating areas near a large fireplace and indoor koi pond. Amenity highlights: The manicured grounds feature lavish English-style gardens, statuary and fountains, tranquil sitting areas, a koi pond, swimming pool, and spa. A video game arcade, near the gift shop, houses two pool tables. Wireless high-speed Internet connection is available throughout the property (fee). Insider tip: It's easy to get lost among the meandering paths and hedges. For guidance, guests should get a map at the front desk. Hotel staff advise that guests who lose their way should keep making right turns at each junction, which will eventually lead them back to the lobby.
Garden Court Bistro - Both indoor and terrace dining are offered in this spacious greenhouse-style restaurant that serves American and California cuisine for all meals, including breakfast buffets. Garden Court Lounge - Located between the lobby and the restaurant, this clubby lounge with marble bar, small round marble tables, and leather-upholstered seating serves cocktails and appetizers. California Deli - Open approximately the same hours as Disneyland Resort, this lobby-level self-service deli with small seating area offers coffee, snacks, sandwiches, and other express items. The Spaghetti Station - Owned by the hotel, but located across the street, this Western-themed restaurant offers large portions of American cuisine for dinner. Open for lunch also, mid-April through Labor Day.

| This hotel was nice but a little aged. They had recently done some upgrades and it showed. The pool had some small problems as the coping had popped loose and while we were swimming one night the cover on the pump blew off (sounded like a shotgun went off). It was quickly resolved by hotel management and people back swimming the next day. The grounds were immaculate and they had recently upgraded the parking spaces and it showed. There was ample parking. Disneyland was just around the corner and the shuttle bus was excellent. There was quick access to I-5, Disneyland and Disney's Main Street. The food in the restaurant was excellent - ordered room service and the food was wonderful as well. Loved the mini-fridge as we stocked up on sodas and water for the week. Room was huge with plenty of room for a family of four and all our luggage. The bathroom was small but there is a nice area outside the bathroom to do your grooming. We would take the extra room in the main area over room in the bathroom anyday. Our room faced Disneyland Drive and we never had an issue with noise. The rooms are quiet, not sound proof, but quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again if we find ourselves in Anaheim again.

| For the price, it was a good value. Lots of kids in the pool (but to be expected if you're going to stay near Disneyland). Staff was really helpful. Concierge even recommended a good restaurant in another hotel for our anniversary dinner, tho he didn't have to. Bartender was friendly and made got us some great hot wings! The hotel showed some wear and tear, probably needs some updating (pool tile's cracked, outdoor furnishings shabby), but overall it was comfortable and clean.

| We had a trip planned to Disneyland and wanted to avoid spending a boatload of money on a hotel, but still wanted something nice. The Sheraton had a reasonable room rate and was close by. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was a little small, but nice and also clean. A big plus of this hotel was their free Disneyland shuttle and also a discount on multiday tickets for the park. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

| With the name of "Sheraton", we expected much more than what they provided. The front desk staff were very rude. We specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but we eneded up getting a smoking room. We really did not want a smoking room with our kids, but they later told us no other rooms were available. Although the room was overall clean, the decor was really old. In the morning, the hot water ran out (or did not work), and when we called the house keeping, they told us to wait for 15 minutes and try again. Didn't expect this from a "Sheraton" hotel. We decided to leave earlier than we planned just because we were so unhappy with the stay. They did not even ask us why we are leaving earlier - didn't really seem to care.

| We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and we always love it. I think it is very important how a hotel treats you when you have a problem . This time the rug was dirty and when I complained the staff was right there and cleaned it up while we were out. They were there when we needed an extra heater too. The beds there are the best and the towels are too.

| This hotel worked out great for our visit to Disneyland. While the wallpaper was a bit shabby and in need of repair, the room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had. The shuttle to the park was always timely and very regular for back and forth trips. All in all it was pleasant.

| I have stayed at this hotel on about 8 different occasions and I'm never disappointed. The rooms are big which is a plus when traveling with children to Disneyland. The rooms are also quiet which is nice too when you need a good night's sleep after spending a grueling day at the park. The deli they have is handy if you bring your own snacks and cereal for breakfast. My only beef is that they have recently begun to charge for parking.

| Well, it is a Sheraton but anyone expecting the usual Sheraton quality is in for a bit of a surprise. We have stayed at a few Sheratons over the last few years and this one is definitely at the bottom of the list. It is probably because of the sheer number of visitors to Anaheim that the hotel has a tired, old look and feel to it. The public areas are nice but once you get to your room, you have to adjust your expectations. Our room was just under okay and we could hear everyone that walked past the door and what they were talking about. The security chain was half hanging off the door frame and the bathroom was pretty ordinary - the drain was rusting and the decor was very tired. A notice on the wall told us that if we were cold we should put on an extra blanket because the air conditioning didn't cater to everyone being able to adjust the temperature of their room. The whole hotel is old and needs a re-do to make it feel like part of the chain. P.S. I think there are only two porters and trolleys for the whole hotel - we would have had a long wait for one, so we decided to do our own portage! If you only want to sleep in this hotel and get up early in the morning to leave, then this place is for you. If you want a bit more of a leisurely stay then it may not be quite right.
