| We had two rooms reserved for a family. On checkin they could not guarantee that the two rooms were smoke-free. Later they were unable to open the door between the rooms, and we had to go out in the hallway and back again to be able to go and check the other room. The hotel was also doing some work, and we had scaffolding outside our window. The saving grace for the hotel was the breakfast, there was a very nice buffer with plenty of choices.
