Mayfair Hotel & Spa Amenities
Located in the center of Coconut Grove, this boutique hotel offers an outdoor atrium courtyard with botanical gardens and fountains. A 2005 remodel will add an infinity pool and day spa. Meeting space totals 12,000 square feet, including a ballroom. There is also a business center where complimentary wireless Internet access is offered. Valet parking is offered for $16-$25 per 24-hour period (price subject to change).

Golfers can select from a number of well-known area courses, including the Biltmore Hotel Golf Course, an 18-hole, par-71 course designed by Donald Ross and located five miles away. The recreational activities listed below are available either on site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: Set in Coconut Grove, this Art Nouveau-style, boutique hotel welcomes guests amid etched wooden doors, stained-glass windows, and antiques. Filled with botanical gardens and orchids, an outdoor courtyard is the centerpiece of the hotel; fragrant orchids are everywhere. Guests are primarily leisure travelers and are welcomed by the concierge staff prior to check-in.
Amenity highlights: An infinity pool and full-service spa will be added to the hotel in the summer of 2005. Currently, the hotel offers 12,000 square feet of meeting space, which includes a ballroom. There is also a business center with complimentary high-speed Internet access. A fitness center is on site.
Insider tip: Coco Walk, located across from the hotel, resembles a European village and includes major stores such as the Gap, Banana Republic, and Victoria's Secret. A 16-screen movieplex is also onsite.
Ginger Grove Restaurant - Currently closed, with scheduled reopening summer 2005. Art Deco-style restaurant and bar overlooking outdoor courtyard. Sandwiches, soups, shrimp, and salads are menu favorites. Indoor and outdoor dining. Breakfast is served outdoors; dinner is served in the bar.

| We were on the last leg of a college tour, and a little road weary. The room was big, well furinshed and had a 45" plasma hung on the wall. There was another flat screen in the big, inviting marble full bath. Both pluses, but there was no pool, the glass elevators were ovens, the concierge didn't know a decent restaurant in the area, and breakfast in the hotel dining room wasn't very good. The rate and convenience, however, were excellent.

| Very confortable room, clean and spacious room. Love to relax on the Japanese Hot Tub after partying all night. In the middle of the action in Coconut Grove, lots of shopping, dinning and clubbing. Will recomend to anyone.

| This is a great hotel, beautifull and clean with private jacuzi and romantic balcony sitting. The restroom even comes with a flat screen tv. The hotel smells good. All in all, it was great.

| My wife and I stayed @ the Mayfair in Coconut Grove for a week. We enjoyed the hospitality of it's staff very much. The suite was roomy, decor was modern and it had a 42" plasma mounted on the wall and a 15" LCD in the bathroom. It is nicely located just across the street from Cocowalk. We would like to stay there again. The only downside is that it has no self parking lot. $25 valet is offered.

| The Best hotel I have ever stayed at in Miami - you have to stay there. The balcony is awesome the bed is awesome - WOW the whole experience was awesome!

| I had pretty high expectations of the Mayfair, and it definitely didn't disappoint. Beautiful bathroom, comfy bed, the hot tub didn't work when we first tried it, but all it took was a quick call to the service desk and in 10 minutes we were up and running. Fabulous! Close to great eating, shopping, and nightlife. Wish I was still there ...

| Hotel was an ok expirience NOT what I thought it was going to be. The rooms where "OK" smelled really moldey and damp....The hot tub in the terrace was made of wood and only for 1 person.....Would probably not go back...
