| I found this hotel online at expedia.com and it was close and easy to get to from the Phoenix airport. Of course the cost was a good value and the hotel is placed where tour buses are willing to do pick-ups. The hotel staff was very nice and the cleaning service came everyday...cleaned up nicely...nothing was stolen and provided fresh towels, hand towels and wash cloths everyday. However, the hotel is suppose to provide a "Continental" breakfast and for the first morning they did (somewhat)? On the first morning they provided a few choices of juice, coffee and tea and a small variety of mini muffins and danishes. However, everyday after that, no matter how early I went to the breakfast bar, the choices were minimal to NOTHING AT ALL!!! By the last day of my 5 days/5 night stay the juice even began to taste like water?...So as nice as it is to see the statement "Continental Breakfast offered at this hotel", I would absolutely suggest you "BYOB"...a.k.a. "Bring Your Own Breakfast".

| A few things were imperfect, such as difficulty with card key, broken light fixture shade, imperfections in bed cover, absence of TV remote (did have cable box remote), AC that seemed not to cool, but overall a pleasant enough place to stay for a brief trip, less expensive than other nearby places, with pastry breakfast and surprisingly good coffee and juice from machines. Room was clean, comfortable. 24-hour Internet availability in the lobby is a big plus for those traveling without laptops. Staff seems friendly and helpful; free newspapers and travel brochures available too. Good place for the cost-conscious.
