The activities desk in the lobby can arrange these. There are 17 golf courses in South and West Maui, including four resort courses and one public course within five miles of Aston Maui Hill. The activities desk can make reservations at them all and can arrange discounts at several for Aston Maui Hill guests. Golf clubs can be rented. Features
What to expect: The near-total absence of signs symbolizes Aston's intent to maintain a true residential atmosphere within the resort. Couples and families often feel like this is their second home—the one in Hawaii with the immaculate gardens and grounds, the breathtaking views, and the reliably warm-and-dry climate. Amenity highlights: In keeping with the community ambience, management hosts weekly Continental breakfasts and evening mai tai parties and arranges a low-cost sunset cocktail cruise. Snorkeling and scuba-diving enthusiasts appreciate their proximity to the tiny island of Molokini, renowned for the clarity of its surrounding water, which can clearly be seen offshore against the looming backdrop of Kahoolawe island. Insider tip: Although there are three public-park beaches just down the hill from the resort (Kamaole I, II, and III), a large, uncrowded beach called Keawakapu that begins in front of the Mana Kai Resort (a few minutes' drive from Aston Maui Hill) is superior. Next to the Mana Kai is a public parking lot. Signs point the way to the beach, which offers great snorkeling along its rocky northern terminus, terrific boogie-boarding when the tradewinds blow, and long tropical-fantasy walks. (Buildings along the beach seldom exceed palm-tree height, somewhat preserving the illusion that the beachfront is undeveloped.)
Numerous dining opportunities exist along South Maui's Sun Coast. Among restaurants favored by locals and visitors alike are the following: Five Palms Beach Grill - A few minutes' drive from Aston Maui Hill in the Mana Kai Resort, this restaurant consistently earns acclaim for its food and romantic oceanside setting. Brunch is served daily on the shaded outside terrace. Linen-service dinner takes place inside under ceiling fans, in a plantation-type setting. Both feature local ingredients prepared with award-winning finesse. Joe's Bar and Grill - Located in the Wailea Tennis Center a 10-minute drive south of Aston Maui Hill, Joe's is owned by former Kingston Trio member Joe Gannon and his chef-wife Beverly. Open for dinner only, Joe's specializes in local seafood, steak, and prime rib.

| I was traveling with two 15 yr. old boys I had privacy as I had my own bathroom and t.v. and the boys had both in the bedroom. The bedroom had a queen bed and the hotel added a futon bed. There was an adjoining lanai from the bedroom to the kitchen. Don't be fooled by the 'wall unit' in either room, the wall units were incredible. The living room was huge with a lanai the entire length of the room. The kitchen had all eminities plus a cooler that came in handy for our 'day' trips to the beaches. For the boys, the pool/jacuzzi/shuffle board/putting green/tennis were great. Maui Hill does have a short walk but because of the location (the end of Kihei at Wailia) there was no traffic at all! I can not express how happy that I was that we stayed at Maui Hill? The beach you can access across from Maui Hill is gorgeous. The front office staff was absolutely wonderful and they provide a service that comes in every day to clean and make the beds which was a plus that other condo's don't provide. A huge plus? When you sit on your lanai, you have no contact with any other guests, just a beautiful view. The complex is very quiet, we never heard anything and never had any problem with parking and the hotel was full.

| The hotel was great. We had a two bedroom condo which was plenty of space for our family of four. The only downside was the access to the beach. You could walk, about 10 minutes or so away, but you were better off driving. The Kammole beaches were great and worth the drive. The only other note is the size of the beds, they were either a full or queen. I'm use to sleeping on a king, so it was a little cramped. Although there were several families with small children there, the area was very quiet and serene. Great for families with older (adult) children too. Our family was very pleased and we would never stay in a Maui hotel again. Maui Hill is really nice.

| I really enjoyed my stay at Maui Hill Condo. The one thing I really liked was the autograph tree. You are able to write your names on the leaves as a special memoir. It's a very friendly atmosphere. All the guest were kind as well as all of their employees.

| Nice place, extremely roomy condo. we were far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy what southwest Maui has to offer. These condos are very family friendly. What with two youngsters in our family it felt like a home away from home. Very easy to settle into. Plus the price was right considering it was prime time summer travel. The only thing that the wife commented on was the fact that the beach wasn't within easy walking distance, but within a few minutes by car and you'll be in south Maui paradise.

| I placed a reservation for a one bedroom room through Expedia and got a two bedroom room for the same price. We didn't really need the extra room, but the condo was very nice and spacious. The condo came with a fully equiped kitchen, a big brand-name TV, DVD player, stereo, and best of all, free broadband Internet access. We didn't use the kitching and the TV at all, but it is definitely a plus if you're staying a week or more, and don't want to go out to eat every evening. The furniture was tropical style with plenty of bamboo. Not my favourity, but the furniture was clean and well kept. The living room and the master bedroom sported big windows facing a big porch (also called a Lanai in Hawaiian) and a garden. The secondary bedroom was facing the parking lot and also had (a smaller) porch. Both porches had patio furniture.

| Easy to find, beautiful gardens, fantastic condo! I beleive it is a time share but absolutely no pressure to buy. Would have loved a continental breakfast in the morning, but just coffee in the loby. Bring your own food, or buy down the street, and cook in the fully equiped kitchen and enjoy in your dining room or the enormous deck. this place is a 10!

| We were so pleased with our condo. The kitchen was very complete with great kitchen tools, dishes and pots. The washer and dryer were new and very good (although small), the bathrooms were more than sufficient. It is a "crowded" condominium place with a lot of condos. But, you didn't have to see the people. The pool and hottub were great and our children loved them. The hot tub was kind of "dirty", but usable. The staff were delightful and helpful at all times. The beaches were a drive away, but not a long drive and easy to do for an hour at the beach. If we return to Maui, we will stay at the Maui Hill!

| The room itself was lovely--much larger and nicer than expected. The only downside was that our "ocean view" was mostly blocked by a neighbor's forest of trees and the distance from the water was much further than implied in the advertisements.
