| Hotel overall was really quite nice. The only problem I had was a lot of noise at very late/early hours from other guests on our floor having a class reunion. I did mention the noise to security but they did not seem concerned. Price was perhaps a little pricier for the quality but I would have paid the same for a lesser hotel up North. I would seriously consider staying there again. I had a great trip and the Southern hospitality made me want to stay down South!!!! I highly recommend the breakfast buffet inside the hotel as well - food was cooked perfectly. Thanks for a great stay!

| We only stayed one night at this Sheraton, but it was very convenient for us in attending a musical at the BJCC nextdoor. Our room was a little worn, but it was not a "high-end" reservation, either. We found it quite satisfactory for our purpose.

| A little pricey, but very comfortable & convenient to the civic center. I would choose this hotel again if attending an event at the civic center.

| For the price this hotel was most unimpressive. The only good thing was the bed!! The hotel needs a decor updating; not enough eating facilities for such a large hotel; and the in-room dining menu and continental breakfast was priced exorbitantly!! Not impressed. Would inform friends of what to expect before recommending.

| If you are attending an event in the convention center complex, this really is a convenient place to stay. However, with it being located right on Interstate 65, it was a bit loud especially during the morning when we were trying to sleep. The beds were so comfortable. That's the best part!

| Downtown Birmingham has limited hotel choices. I was skeptical that this would be very overpriced and not up to par for the price.Happily, the hotel was very nice and access was excellent for any activities related to the BJCC and arena events.
