| We asked for a disabled-accessible room and got one. Shower is like a gym shower, no tub side to step over. You give up counter space in the bathroom because of the wheelchair-accessibility. Internet access was free (and trouble-free); we're used to paying $9.95/day at other hotels. Front desk staff very helpful. We asked if we could buy some of the prepackaged coffee which is in the room every day. They gave us a bagful of it, no charge. Breakfast buffet (served till 10 a.m. and even later) was comprehensive and tasty. Clever do-it-yourself toaster and waffle iron. Wide variety of breakfast choices. Good price, too. Some amenities missing, if you're used to the regular Marriotts. No door on the closet; no on-screen check-out available. Closet is small (for two guests), but there was plenty of drawer space. Plenty of help at the front desk, too -- never had to wait in line.

| This hotel, located in busy Brookfield WI, afforded us a clean, comfortable, and most importantly, a quiet respite during a hectic weekend trip.

| This is the fifth year in a row that we have reserved at least seven rooms at this Courtyard Inn. Each year has been a pleasant experience and the staff has accomodated all of our requests. Considering that we have twenty high school students, this is admirable. Plans are in the making for the team to again stay at this facility.
