| The room was either too warm or too cold. At the time of our stay the temperature was close to 100 degrees during the dayand the only covers on the bed were a heavy down comforter. The air conditioner was noisy and went on & off all night, you could not regulate the temperature. We stayed for 3 nights and all 3 nights had to park on the other side of the hotel because there were not enough parking spaces. When we first checked in the room they gave us was already occupied. I travel to Chapel Hill often and would not stay here again.

| The friendly and helpful staff were never too busy to answer questions, help with directions, look up phone numbers that were not in the phone book, and recommend very good places to eat in Chapel Hill. They smiled a lot and seemed to enjoy their jobs!! Thank goodness for people like these that make being away from home as pleasant as possible!

| This hotel was very accomodating. We were given maps of the UNC Campus as well as the area. The breakfasts were marvelous. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. I will definitely rebook in the future.

| We couldn't get the King bed we wanted, and the room was kind of small, but it was clean and comfortable enough.

| My wife, son, and I spent 2 nights at the Hampton Inn, Chapel Hill and have no complaints at all. We were treated with respect and the continental breakfast was excellent.
