I wasn't looking for anything fancy..just clean and pleasant. The Pepper Tree more than filled the bill. Nice and quiet. Great location...an easy walk to the lake, a great deli, and many good shops and restaurants. The desk lady has an East Coast sense of humor which can be a bit sharp here in the West. I would definitely stay there again.

We wish we could have spent more time there. Don't skip the complimentary breakfast, it's better than what you are used to.

If you decide to stay at this hotel, request a room that is not over the cell sites that are on the bottom floor. The rooms above are so hot and the manager was not helpful at all. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located and had a great view. The only difficulty I had was that you cannot check out prior to 8am as there is no attendant at the office. Tough to make first tracks if you can't be on the mountain by then...
