| The person at the front desk was less than helpful and clueless as to what he was doing. We booked 3 rooms, and they were all over the complex. It was a HUGE deal just to get them on the same side of the building. Room smelled like mildew and there were dirty ashtrays in the room. (Nevermind I requested a non-smoking room.) I stay at hotels on average 2-3 days a month. Never again will I go to a Red Roof Inn!

| We requested 2 extra pillows and a couple of extra towels. They could not provide any addtional pillows and only 1 bath towel and a couple of face towels. The room was very musty smelling from smoke. We, unfortunately, had booked this hotel for our first and last nights stay of our 3 night, 4 day trip and were not in a position to attempt to find other lodging. The second time we were there, the room was much cleaner. They did assist us by printing our airline boarding passes. Hair dryers are available at the front desk which is a pain. You can attempt to iron your clothes with the iron and the miniature ironing board that you also have to go to the front desk to get.

| The hotel satisfied our purpose of having an inexpensive place to sleep near the Harbor. It was clean and safe. It does not have the amenities you find in most hotels. We had to go to the lobby to get additional towels, washclothes, a cheap iron and portable ironing board and the ice is far away from our room. It does not have rollaway beds either.

| This hotel "is what it is." By no means is it a luxury hotel, but it served its purpose - it was clean, convenient, comfortable, and everything worked properly. If I was looking for a place to crash on the side of the road, I would definitely stay here again.

| Got a few nights stay for a recent Red Sox visit to Camden yards. Hotel is near Arundel Mills, so food and shopping is nearby, also very near the Balt-Wash parkway, so access to Balto is easy. Does NOT have free internet- rather uses the subscription based t-mobile hotspot plan, for $10 a day. If you are a monthly subscriber, then you're set. If you plan on using the internet, then consider this an additional expense.

| The service was average I didnt get the exact room that I asked for. I asked for a smoking room because one of the people smoked and they put us in a non smoking room. Then they would not switch us to a smoking room. Aside from that it was nice. I've had a better stay at other places but I would go back again.
