| the hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but it clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was by no means huge, but it wasn't cramped and was very clean and well kept as well. The location of this place is perfect, only a block away from the dundas subway station on the yonge st. line. So easy to get around the city, I'd strongly reccomend this place to anybody!

| We had thought about staying in the sticks to save money, but in the end opted for the Bond because of its reasonable rate and mostly because of its great location. It's a hop, skip and a jump away from the Eaton Centre and well within walking distance of theaters (I mean movies too) and other ammenities. Having read reviews elsewhere about the poor service, I braced myself for the worst. Instead, the front desk team was helpful, friendly and mult-lingual. I was impressed. The room we got was small with a double bed. But it was non-smoking and on a nice high floor so we had some views. They are also strict about the non-smoking policy for those rooms and will charge you if caught for clean up costs/airing out.

| I was a bit surprised to find that the double occupancy room I book was furnished with twin beds. Not a problem, since I was with a co-worker; I just hadn't slept in one since I was 12! Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and staff.

| For the price paid, the standard room served its purpose. While the room is small, it is comfy. The location of the hotel is awesome! Dundas Street is right in the middle of everything. Yonge Street, Queen Street, Richmond Street have great nightlife. The hotel isn't far from many tourist attractions: CN Tower, St. Lawerence's Market, Hockey Hall of Fame. Location, location, location.

| I can't imagine a better location. Plus, the staff was helpful with requests, and our room was clean (although with 2-3 star hotels, it often depends on which chambermaid you get)

| The location is best, very close to subway, coach terminal, eaton shopping center, etc. The facilities need some refreshment, but they're acceptable.
