| Great location along the St. John River. Our room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool and bar/eating area at poolside - very nice with good food. Drinks were so-so. Use your credit card or Candian currency for easiest use. Nice walking path nearby. Downtown area is also very nice and easily accessible from the path.

| Guest rooms looking shabby.Lamp shades tattered.Mattress lumpy and sagging.Same old tired wall paper in bath room(I have stayed here 3 times, approx.every 2 years). It used to be the nicest hotel in the city.Great location along scenic river. One day, housekeeping called to ask if I wanted the room serviced at 9am,when I had a "do not distrub"sign on door.Operator told a caller that I was no longer staying there-staff at front desk apologized. Most staff were friendly and helpful.
